Customizing
How does customizing work?
Pick your size, then tap Customize. Necklaces and bracelets take up to 5 charms; harness sets come with 200+ patches to mix and match. You see a live preview of your design before you add it to your cart.
Can I add an engraved ID tag?
Yes. The Engraved ID Tag has your pet's name on the front (with an optional icon) and a phone number on the back (with an optional address line). It is $16.90 on its own, or $14.90 when you add it to a pearl necklace.
Can I include a gift message?
Every order arrives in a gift box with a handwritten note. You can add your message at checkout.
Sizing & Safety
Which size fits my cat?
Our cat necklaces fit necks from 10 to 12 inches and slip on over the head. You should be able to fit two fingers between the necklace and your cat's neck.
Is the cat necklace safe?
Every cat necklace has our Safety-Stretch Breakaway design: the loop widens under pulling force so your cat can slip out. The clasp does not snap fully open. It is decorative jewelry only and must never be used with a leash.
What sizes do the dog necklaces come in?
XS to XXL, fitting necks from 8 to 20.8 inches, with stainless hardware. They are decorative only, so please don't clip a leash to them.
How do I size a harness?
Measure the neck (A) and the chest (B), then check the Size Guide on the harness page. Sizes M and up have dual buckles.
What sizes are the matching pieces for people?
Our necklaces for you come in S to L, from 14 to 20.8 inches.
Care
How do I care for a patch harness?
The patches are heat-pressed on. Hand-wash cold. You can iron on more patches later.
Shipping & Returns
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. US delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days and international delivery 7 to 15. US orders of $49+ ship free, and international orders of $300+ ship free.
Can I return a personalized piece?
Unworn jewelry, including personalized pieces, can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued minus shipping. Customized harnesses are made with the patches you pick, so they are final sale, but if something isn't right we'll gladly offer store credit. Read our return policy.
