Return Policy
We accept returns of unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order, as our furry friends are sensitive to scents and wear. To start a return, please contact us at jesse.l@purrypurryinc.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll issue a refund minus shipping charges.
Please note that customized harnesses with patches are final sale and not eligible for refunds — however, we gladly offer store credit for these personalized orders.
Customized jewelry remains eligible for return or exchange under our standard policy.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for all non-customized items and customized jewelry.
If you’d like to swap a size or style, simply email jesse.l@purrypurryinc.com within 14 days of delivery, and our team will guide you through the process.
Customized harnesses with patches are not eligible for exchanges, as each one is made uniquely for you and your pet.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
Refunds are available for all eligible items except customized harnesses, which qualify for store credit only.
